Al Kiswah Towers
Al Kiswah Towers stands as one of the largest and busiest 4-star hotels in the world, an iconic landmark in Makkah’s hospitality sector. Its five monumental towers, each soaring 38 floors high, accommodate nearly 6,000 rooms designed to host pilgrims and visitors during peak Hajj and Umrah seasons, requiring meticulous operational precision.
Facilities & Services
The scale of this project poses extraordinary challenges in facilities management, guest services, and logistics. With over 27,000 guests accommodated simultaneously, managing crowd flow, dining capacities, and seamless transport services is critical. The hotel is equipped with 110 elevators to optimize vertical transportation, and extensive dining facilities including eight restaurants serving diverse cuisines to meet global tastes.
